- While the component gb.complex provides support for the use of complex numbers, the component gb.gmp implements an interface to the 'Gnu Multiple Precision Arithmetic' library (GMPL).
- The component gb.gsl makes it possible to work with complex numbers, matrices, polynomials and vectors in Gambas.
- The GSL class provides frequently required constants such as e or Pi as well as some interesting mathematical functions.
