As the provider of this Internet offer, we are legally obliged to inform you about the purpose, scope and type of collection and use of your personal data. Personal data are individual details about personal and factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person.

The legal basis for the processing of user data is Article 6 (1) f) of the (GDPR). This is the so-called data processing based on a balance of interests. We are interested in the safe and functional operation of this website.

To give you a good feeling for how we collect, process and use data, we would like to give you an overview of data processing. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

When you visit our website, data is collected, processed and used. In detail, the following data record is stored each time your terminal device (PC or mobile phone) retrieves data:

  • IP address of the calling device,
  • Operating system of the calling device,
  • Browser version of the calling device,
  • Name of the retrieved file,
  • Date and time of retrieval,
  • the amount of data transferred,
  • Referring URL.

The above data is stored in the files access_log and error_log on the web server. The log files are created to maintain server operation and for statistical evaluation (access statistics). The data is also used to enable troubleshooting on the web server. No other personal data is collected or stored by users of our website.

IP-Adress

In order for the pages to be displayed in your browser, the IP address must be collected and stored by the web server. Usually an IP address is currently assigned dynamically by your provider. This address usually changes regularly, so that we are unable to establish a personal reference even from the IP address. In individual cases (e.g. static IP addresses) the creation of a personal reference might be theoretically conceivable. However, we have no interest in establishing a personal reference and will not do so in principle.

The IP address from the above data record is made anonymous after 24 hours, in which the last octet is overwritten with zeros. The deletion will then take place after 7 days at the latest. With the deletion of the IP address, we are no longer able to identify ourselves.

Important:
We do not have personal data that we could assign to you and thus also provide information if you are only a user of our website.

The legal basis for the processing of this data - here the IP address - with regard to users of our Internet offer is also here Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the (GDPR). Our interest here is to ensure the provision of the contents of our Internet offer.

If you do not wish to receive cookies, you can deactivate the storage of cookies on your terminal device by changing the settings of your browser accordingly. Cookies that have already been saved can be deleted in the browser's system settings. The exclusion of cookies can lead to functional restrictions of our Internet offer.
