8.0 Operators

In computer science, an operation is defined as the processing of data in statements, primarily with the aim of changing data by operators. The data is information bound to characters from defined basic areas.

The following types of operators are used in gambas:

  • Arithmetic operators for calculations,
  • Comparison operators for comparison operations,
  • Logical operators and
  • Assignment operators.
